Health measurements with the GARD PRO Health 3
The GARD PRO Health 3 is more than just a stylish smartwatch; it is an advanced health tool that helps you monitor your well-being in multiple areas. Here is an overview and roadmap of the health measurements offered by the Health 3 and how they can support you in your daily routine and look back through the Gloryfit app.
1. Heart rate measurement
The GARD PRO Health 3 is equipped with an accurate heart rate monitor that continuously measures your heart rate and alerts you to any unusual fluctuations. This feature helps you gain insight into your cardiovascular health, especially during exercise or at stressful times. The real-time heart rate monitoring ensures that you are always aware of your heart health.
2. Blood pressure measurement
With the built-in blood pressure monitor, you can easily keep track of your blood pressure. The GARD PRO Health 3 measures your systolic and diastolic blood pressure and clearly displays your blood pressure readings. This can help you notice changes in your blood pressure and be proactive with your health.
3. Measurement of blood oxygen
The blood oxygen meter on the Health 3 measures the oxygen level in your blood, which is an important indicator of your breathing and circulation. This feature is particularly useful for monitoring your overall respiratory health and can help detect breathing problems or low oxygen levels.
4. Temperature Meter
The temperature gauge allows you to monitor your body temperature and skin temperature. The GARD PRO Health 3 gives you a real-time reading of your body temperature, which can be helpful in identifying fever or other temperature-related health problems. This helps you take quick action if your body temperature deviates from the normal range. Like an ear thermometer, the reading may indicate a difference of about 1 degree, but it provides a good overview of your overall temperature status.
5. Sleep measurement
The Health 3 offers comprehensive sleep monitoring that allows you to track the quality of your sleep. The watch records your sleep duration, sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep) and provides insight into how well you sleep. This data can help you improve your sleep habits and promote healthy sleep. Make sure the Gloryfit app on the back of your mobile is open, and put in the GARD PRO itself to sleep mode before bedtime.( Press “sleep” and let the GARD PRO lock automatically).
6. Breaths per minute.
The GARD PRO Health 3 offers an advanced function for measuring your breathing rate, an important indicator of your overall health and well-being. This measurement records the number of breaths per minute and helps you better understand your breathing patterns.
