To get it resolved, please visit our Warranty form and follow the provided steps. You will need to provide the following details:

1. Your full name.
2. Mail address.
3. A description of the issue and order number. And the address we may ship a replacement product to, if necessary.
4. Clear images/video's showing the defect or issue.

Once we receive all the information required including the images, we will evaluate the warranty claim and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
