My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking information. This allows you to track your package while it is in transit. Please note that the tracking information is only available after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Delays can occur due to crowds associated with discount periods, weather conditions, holidays, crowds or incorrect delivery information.
If your tracking status indicates that your order has been delivered, but you can't find it, follow these steps:
- Contact your carrier: They have detailed information about your delivery.
Check with your neighbors: Your package may have been accepted by a neighbor if you were not home during delivery.
Check collection points: The package may have been dropped off there. Check your tracking information to see if you can pick up the package there.
Check your address: Make sure the delivery address is correct according to our records.
