How do I turn the GARD PRO Health 2+ on/off or perform a reset?

The GARD PRO Health 2+ is an advanced smartwatch that helps you keep track of your health and activities. Using this smartwatch starts with turning it on and, if necessary, resetting the device. In this article, we explain how to perform these operations to get the most out of your Health 2+.


Turning on the GARD PRO Health 2+

To turn on your GARD PRO Health 2+, follow these simple steps:

  1. Press the power button:
    • There is a button on the side of the smartwatch. Press and hold this button until the screen lights up. This means the device is turned on and ready to use.
  2. Check the battery:
    • Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged. If the smartwatch does not start up, the battery may be dead. Plug in the charger and try again.

If you want to turn off your smartwatch, follow these steps:

  1. Long press the power button:
    • Press and hold the power button until you see a menu appear on the screen.
  2. Select “turn off.
    • Use the touchscreen to navigate through the option and select '✅'. The smartwatch will now turn itself off.


Performing a reset

Sometimes it may be necessary to reset your GARD PRO Health 2+, for example if you experience problems or want to prepare the device for a new user. Follow these steps for a reset:

  1. Access the settings menu:
    • Open the menu on your smartwatch by swiping down the screen.
  2. Select “Settings.
    • Navigate to the “cogicon on the screen.
  3. Select “System.
    • In the settings, locate and select the 'RESET' option.
  4. Perform the reset:
    • Confirm your selection to begin the reset. This will unfortunately remove contacts, steps walked(day of the rest) and downloaded dials, so be sure to add them back after the reset. The GARD PRO will automatically reconnect to the Gloryfit app.
